Bob and Margaret are great. Down to earth, knowledgable, trustworthy, fair, and take the time to get to know the car. I trust them with our older European classic car which has great sentimental value.

One of the best mechanics in the area. Very knowledgeable, fair prices & friendly service. Simply the best choice to keep your car running at peak performance level.

Great knowledgeable/friendly service! I was initially in the market for a new set of rims and tires for my 2016 BMW X3 and was referred to Rauch Auto by a trusted source to assist me. Being a novice myself when it comes to cars, they were able explain the various characteristics (brand, diameter, tread, etc.) of such and helped me stay within my budget. Their garage does not have a showroom for rims, so they directed me to a fantastic website to place my order. Once the order was complete, which came directly to their shop, their installation was timely and without issue. I have since been back for various other maintenance related issues such as an oil change, breaks, new grill installation and will keep coming back as needed. I can now say I have a “car guy” I can trust for the first time in my life. Thanks Bob and Margaret!

Bob Rauch is a very knowledgeable BMW mechanic. He has worked on 3 of my cars over last 6 years, (E39, F31, G30). He works on other German makes as well. Originally came to him for tire replacement and found that he was really helpful with all of my cars, including the G30 will still under warranty. Margaret manages Bob and pretty much all other aspects of the business.

Took my 2017 BMW M4 for a little work, I know Bob from BMW CCA. He is very knowledgeable, has tons of experience and has very good pricing for quality work. Above all Bob and Margaret are very nice folks and it’s always a pleasure to see them. I would definitely recommend Rauch Auto Care for your cars’ needs.
